eight kinds of Trunk Restriction Classes
assigned by CM12 Y=01.
Toll Restriction Pattern 00-15 are preas-
signed as shown below.
If a new Restriction Pattern is required,
change the data of the Restriction Pattern
01-13 (00, 14 and 15 are fixed).
