4.2 Removing/Reattaching Covers

Reattach the Front Cover
1.
Wire the drive and other peripheral devices.
2.
Reverse the steps to reattach the cover. Reattach the cover carefully and make sure that the gasket on the
conduit bracket does not twist.
Note:
• Make sure that you did not pinch wires or signal lines between the front cover and the drive before you reattach the cover.
• Make sure that the tabs on the sides of the front cover correctly click into the hook.
• Tighten the screws to a tightening torque of 0.98 N∙m to 1.33 N∙m (8.67 in∙lb to 11.77 in∙lb).
3.
Open the IP55/UL Type 12 keypad cover door and reattach the keypad to its initial position, then close the
door until the two tabs click into position.
