1: PF3 is designated as /:5 output pin
2( Output Select
Selects the 2(/CKE output pin port when the OEE
bit is set to 1 in DRAMCR (enabling 2(/CKE output).
0: P35 is designated as 2(/CKE output pin
1: PH3 is designated as 2(/CKE output pin
