STATus:QUEStionable

The questionable register set contains bits that indicate the quality of various
aspects of signals processed by the power meter.
The following bits in these registers are used by the power meter:

Bit 3 is set by the logical OR outputs of the
STATus:QUEStionable:POWer:SUMMary register set.
Bit 8 is set by the logical OR outputs of the
STATus:QUEStionable:CALibration:SUMMary register set.
Bit 9 is set if power-on self-test fails, and cleared if it passes.
