READ[1]|2|3|4 Commands

The READ? commands are most commonly used with the CONFigure command to
cause a new power measurement to be taken and the result returned to the
output buffer. The format of the result is set by FORM[:READ][:DATA]. Refer to
Chapter 6, "FORMat Subsystem,"
