STATus Subsystem
STATus:QUEStionable
The questionable status register set contains bits that indicate the quality of
various aspects of signals processed by the 8990B.
The following bits in the register set are used by the 8990B:

Bit 0 is set by the logical OR outputs of the STATus:QUEStionable:VOLTage
register.
Bit 8 is set by the logical OR outputs of the STATus:QUEStionable:CALibration
register.
Bit 9 is set if the power-on self-test fails, and cleared if it passes.
