TRACe[1]|2:MEASurement:PULSe[1]|...|10:DURation?
This command returns the difference between a pulse and next transition
occurrence instants. As power pulses are by definition positive pulses, the pulse
duration is the time difference between positive and negative transitions of one
pulse.
Algorithm
If the first transition in the trace is positive,
then
PULSe:DURation = time the first negative transition occurs -time the first
positive transition occurs
else
PULSe:DURation = time the second negative transition occurs -time the first
positive transition occurs.
