interfaces hybrid pause

Configures whether or not the switch will honor or transmit and honor flow control PAUSE frames on the

specified combo port. PAUSE frames are used to temporarily pause the flow of traffic between two

connected devices to help prevent packet loss when traffic congestion occurs between switches.

By default, flow control is disabled on all combo ports.

Usage Guidelines

Flow control is only supported on interfaces configured to run in full-duplex mode; half-duplex mode

is not supported.

Slot number you want to configure.

Port number of the interface you want to configure.

Last port number in a range of ports you want to configure.

Specifies that configuration changes will be made to the SFP port(s).

Specifies that changes will be made to the copper RJ-45 port(s).

Allows interface to honor PAUSE frames from peer switches and

temporarily stop sending traffic to the peer. Does not transmit PAUSE

frames to peer switches.

Transmits and honors PAUSE frames when traffic congestion occurs

between peer switches.

Disables flow control on the interface.
