snmp-server packetsize
To establish control over the largest Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) packet size
permitted when the SNMP server is receiving a request or generating a reply, use the snmp-server
packetsize command in global configuration mode. To restore the default value, use the no form of this
command.

Usage Guidelines
To use this command, you must be in a user group associated with a task group that includes the proper
task IDs.
Use the snmp-server packetsize command to establish control over the largest SNMP packet size
permitted when the SNMP server is receiving a request or generating a reply.

The following example shows how to set the maximum size of SNMP packets to 1024 bytes:
