Information about the preferred redundancy slot.
Information about the following registers:

Number of transmit errors that have occurred on the card in the specified slot.
Number of receive errors that have occurred on the card in the specified slot.
Command statistics.
Describes whether arbitration is supported or not on this slot. If arbitration is
supported, this field provides arbitration information.
