Additional Information on General Start Settings

Enable Start Forward, Enable Start Backward
Enable Start Forward and Enable Start Backward make it possible to define end stop switches to the operation of the motor. The motor
cannot keep running past the end switch.
This function is not a rotational direction prevention. It applies a stop command if start is given with reference going the wrong way.
Both speed and torque directions are used.
This function works similarly to Run enable, in the sense that if either parameter is not active, the start command is suppressed in that
direction.

P 5.6.2.1 DC Start Time
Description: Set the duration of the current injection during DC start.
Default Value: 0
Unit: s
P 5.6.2.2 DC Start Current Rise Time
Description: Set the time to ramp the current from 0 to the specified injection level.
Default Value: 0
Unit: s
P 5.6.2.3 DC Start Current
Description: Set the DC current in % of nominal motor current. This current is injected during the DC start time.
Default Value: 0
Unit: %
Synchronous Motor Start (Menu Index 5.6.3)

Description: Set the synchronous motor initial postion handling.
