In Relative Sync, the follower position is locked to the master position when Start Synchronizing is set, independent of Operation mode
and drive status, and the offset remains the same while Start Synchronizing is true. However, movement of the follower and actual
synchronization only commences when Operation mode is set to Gear Control and the drive is started.
The offset between master and follower thus remains the same while Start Synchronizing is set, independent of drive status. This enables
resynchronizing after stopping and restarting the follower drive, for example, as shown in the following diagram:

Absolute Sync
In Absolute Sync, the follower position is locked to the same master position when Start Synchronizing is set. However, movement of the
follower and actual synchronization only commences when Operation mode is set to Gear Control and drive is started, as shown in the
following diagram:
