Add an event in the RMON event table.

rmon event number [log] [trap community] [description string]
To disable RMON on an interface, use the no rmon event number command.

Assign an event number in integer format. The range is from
1 to 65535. You must ensure that the value you enter is
unique in the RMON event table.
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword log to generate an RMON
event log. This option sets the eventType to either log or
log-and-snmptrap in the RMON event table. The default is
None.
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword trap followed by the SNMP
community string to generate SNMP traps for an RMON
event entry. This option sets the eventType to either
snmptrap or log-and-snmptrap in the RMON event table. In
addition to the SNMP traps, this option also generates a
syslog.
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword description then a string
describing the event.
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword owner then the name of the
owner of this event.
