Enable protocol tunneling on a stacked (Q-in-Q) VLAN for specified protocol packets.

Syntax
protocol-tunnel {rate-limit rate| stp}
To disable protocol tunneling for a Layer 2 protocol, use the no protocol-
tunnel command.

For a Port Channel interface, enter the keywords port-
channel then a number. The range is from 1 to 128.
For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
TenGigabitEthernet then the slot/port information.
For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
fortyGigE then the slot/port information.
Enter the keyword in, out, or both to debug incoming
interfaces, outgoing interfaces, or both incoming and
outgoing interfaces.
Enter the keyword vlan then the VLAN ID. The range is from
1 to 4094.
Enter the keyword count then the number of debug
outputs. The range is from 1 to 100.
