(Optional) configure the device name.

The device name is within 64 characters in length, and
supports special characters, such as " ", "\", "'", "<", ">", and
"&".
By default, the device name is Raisecom.
The system supports changing device name to make users
distinguish different devices on the network. Once the device
name changes, it can be seen in terminal prompt.
Raisecom#lang
(Optional) configure language mode.
