You can acquire complete help under following three conditions:

Raisecom#?
The command output is as below.

Raisecom(config)#ntp ?
The command output is as below.
Shortcut key
Delete all characters before the cursor (except the cursor location).
Show history commands.
Return to privileged EXEC mode from the current mode (except
user EXEC mode).
Scroll down one screen.
Scroll down one line.
You can enter a question mark (?) at the system prompt to display a list of commands
and brief descriptions available for each command mode.

Configuration from terminal interface

Delete flash file
After you enter a keyword, press Space bar and enter a question mark (?), all correlated
