4.1.6 (Optional) creating G.8032 tributary ring

Configure G.8032 intersecting rings for ISCOM2600G-HI series switch as below.

Only the intersecting ring consists of a main ring and a tributary ring.
Configurations of the main ring are identical to those of the single/tangent ring. For
details, see section 4.1.4 Creating G.8032 ring.
For the intersecting ring, configure its main ring and then the tributary ring.
Otherwise, the tributary ring will fail to find the interface of the main ring, thus
failing to establish the virtual channel of the tributary ring.
The ID of the tributary ring must be greater than that of the main ring.
Configurations of non-intersecting nodes of the intersecting ring are identical to
those of the single/tangent ring. For details, see section 4.1.4 Creating G.8032
ring.

Enter global configuration mode.
Create the tributary ring on the intersecting
ring-id
node and configure the intersecting node as the
RPL Owner.
The protection ring is in non-revertive mode if

The links between 2 intersecting nodes

the west or east interface.
4 Ring network protection
Description
Configure the ERPS fault
detection mode to physical link
or CC. In other words, the fault
detected by physical link or CC
is reported.
