Description
This parameter sets the unit for the acceleration/
deceleration rate.
2
0: Reference units/s
1: ms
This parameter sets the acceleration rate or the
acceleration time constant based on the setting in

bits 4 through 7 in OW
• When the Acceleration/Deceleration Rate Unit
Selection is set to 0 (Reference units/s
parameter sets the acceleration rate.
2
Pulse unit: 1 = 1 pulse/s
mm unit: 1 = 1 reference unit/s
Degree unit: 1 = 1 reference unit/s
Inch unit: 1 = 1 reference unit/s
μm unit: 1 = 1 reference unit/s
Example: When the number of digits below the
decimal point is set to 3:
mm unit: 1 = 0.001 mm/s
Degree unit: 1 = 0.001 deg/s
Inch unit: 1 = 0.001 inches/s
μm unit: 1= 0.001 μm/s
2
• When the Acceleration/Deceleration Rate Unit
Selection is set to 1 (ms), this parameter sets the
time constant from 0 to the rated speed, regard-
less of the reference unit.
