Type W27: Top tray not connected
The fi nisher top tray unit is not connected.
Display
Check the connection. (The job has been deleted)
Do one of the following.
Clear • Press the Close button.
• Delete the job.
Point Description

A job was sent specifying ejection to the top tray, but the top tray is not connected to the fi nisher.
Type W28: Stacking tray not connected
The fi nisher stacking tray unit is not connected.
Display
Check the connection. (The job has been deleted)
Do one of the following.
Clear
• Press the Close button.
• Delete the job.
Point Description

Type W29: Booklet tray not connected
The fi nisher booklet tray unit is not connected.
Display

The safety switch on the fi nisher stacking tray is activated.
Display
Check the tray.
Do one of the following.
• Release the tray-lowering safety mechanism for the stacking tray.
Clear
• Press the Cancel button.
• Delete the job.

Failed to lower stacking tray.

The tray-lowering safety mechanism for the stacking tray was activated (detected by fi nisher).

The tray-lowering safety mechanism for the stacking tray was activated (detected by printer).
Type W32: Stapler unit not available

Display
This printing job is not acceptable because the fi nisher stapling unit is faulty.
Printing without using the stapling unit is possible. (The job has been cancelled.)
