Click the Maintenance > ALS tabs.

If the value shown in the Currently Shutdown field is NO, continue with
following steps:

Click the Provisioning > Opt Ampli Line > Parameters tabs.

Locate the Signal Output Power parameter for Port 2. Verify that the Signal Output Power value is
greater than or equal to 1.5 dBm. If the optical power is greater than or equal to 1.5 dBm, continue with

Scroll to the right to locate the DCU Insertion Loss parameter. Verify that the DCU Insertion Loss value
