When you preprovision a slot, the card appears purple in the CTC shelf graphic, rather than
white when a card is installed in the slot. NP (not present) on the card graphic indicates that the
card is not physically installed.
Step 3 until all the cards shown in the Cisco MetroPlanner shelf layout are provisioned in CTC.
