2. Remove the cross member and insulator under the
connection area of transfer case and transmission.
Tightening torque

3. Separate the air bleed hose from transfer case.

4. Disconnect transmission wiring harness from transfer
case.

5. Unscrew the transfer case bolts (12M x 11) and remove
the transfer case.
