5. Remove the bolts from the extension housing.

6. Remove the extension housing with a special tool.
Notice
Remove the offset lever and rolling plunger with the
extension housing. Be careful not to drop them.

7. Remove the rear ball bearing with a puller and remove
the speedometer driven gear.

8. Remove the 5/R shift fork spring pin (6 x 28).
