Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.
Configures the amount of time, in minutes, that a server is marked as unavailable if a
request times out for the configured retry count. If a server fails to answer a request, it is
marked " unavailable" by the router. The router does not send requests to the server for
the configured time. The no version restores the default value, 0, turning off the deadtime
mechanism.
recovery—Number of minutes that a server is marked as unavailable, in the range
0–1440; default value is 0
