Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.
Specifies the rate at which ES hellos and IS hellos are sent. The no version restores the
default value, 10 seconds.
configTime—Number in the range 1–65535; rate in seconds at which ES and IS hello
packets are sent; default value is 10 seconds
