Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.
Configures the APS/MSP group to operate in revertive mode. The no version restores the
default setting, nonrevertive mode.
minutes—Number of minutes in the range 5–12 at which the interface resumes the
active role after that interface becomes available
