Command introduced in JunosE Release 7.1.0.
Attaches a QoS parameter instance to the specified VP on the ATM major interface. The
no version detaches the parameter instance from the specified VP.
vpi—Virtual path identifier of this PVC; number in the range 0–255
qosParameterInstanceName—Name of the parameter instance that you want to attach
to the VP
qosParameterInstanceValue—Number of the scheduler rate for the parameter instance;
the default value is the minimum value defined in the parameter definition
