Parameter Description
Alarm Falling Event The index of the eventEntry that is used when a falling threshold is crossed. The range is 1 to 65535.
Index The default is 2.
Alarm Startup The alarm that may be sent. Possible values are rising, falling or both rising-falling. The default is
Alarm rising-falling.
Alarm Owner The owner string associated with the alarm entry. The default is monitorAlarm.
Command example:
(NETGEAR Switch) (Config)# rmon alarm 1 ifInErrors.2 30 absolute rising-threshold 100 1
falling-threshold 10 2 startup rising owner myOwner
no rmon alarm
This command deletes the RMON alarm entry.
