password (Peer Template Config)

Use this command in Peer Template Configuration mode to configure a TCP password in a
peer template.
Default MD5 authentication is disabled.

Parameter Description
string Case-sensitive password from 1 to 25 characters in length.
no password
This command disables a TCP password in a peer template.

Use this command in Peer Template Configuration mode to configure the administration
status in a peer template.
Default Neighbors are not shutdown by default.
