TABLE B-7 ELECTRIC LOAD SIGNAL CIRCUIT CHECK
INSPECTION
STEP
1 Check Electric Load Signal Circuit.
1) Connect SUZUKI scan tool to DLC with ignition switch
OFF.
2) Start engine and select "DATA LIST" mode on scan
tool.
3) Check electric load signal under the following each
condition.
Ignition switch ON, Small light,
heater blower fan and rear
defogger all turned OFF
Ignition switch ON, Small light,
heater blower fan or rear
defogger turned ON
Is check result satisfactory?

1. Diodes in junction/fuse block
2. Tail light relay (Lighting switch)
3. Rear defogger switch (if equipped)
4. Heater blower switch
YES
Electric load signal "P / Bl" and / or "P / B"
circuit is in good circuit open or short,
condition. Electric load diodes
malfunction or Each
