Click the Provisioning > Optical Line > Parameters tabs.

Under Admin State, choose OOS,DSLB for each port that does not have an OOS-MA,DSLB service

Click Apply.

In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.

Under Admin State, choose OOS,DSLB for each port that does not have an OOS-MA,DSLB service

In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
