Manage the Node
This chapter explains how to modify node provisioning for the Cisco ONS 15454 and perform common
management tasks such as monitoring the dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) automatic
power control and span loss values. To provision a new node, see
change default network element settings and to view a list of those settings, refer to the Cisco ONS 15454
Release 4.7 Network Element Defaults document.
Unless otherwise specified, "ONS 15454" refers to both ANSI and ETSI shelf assemblies.
