Description
Allows the scale factor to be typed in manually.
Description
WGS 1984 point from which the scale factor will be
calculated. The scale factor is calculated using the
height of the known WGS 1984 point.
All points from the <WGS84 Pts Job:> chosen in
DET C SYS Determine Coord System Begin can
be selected.
