Finding a Target Point

The SETUP Find Target screen can be accessed, to guide the reflector to the selected
target point.
The screen is only available if the Stakeout application is available on the instrument.
The functionality of this screen is similar to a stakeout routine and is intended to help find
hidden survey bench marks or reference points.
Press SHIFT FIND (F2) in SETUP Measure Target once enough data is available to roughly
calculate the new orientation.
This screen is shown with <Stake Mode: Ortho from Stn>. For graphics/symbols being
displayed the settings are <Symbols: From Station> and <Graphics: From Station>.
Refer to "46.4.1 Elements of the Graphical Display in the Stakeout" for information on
elements of the graphic.
CONT (F1)
Exits SETUP Find Target and returns to
SETUP Measure Target.
DIST (F2)
To measure and display distances. Updates all
output fields in the screen.
