This command defines the sweep duration of a range in the Spectrum Emission Mask measurement.
The numeric suffixes <1...20> specify the range.
Example:
"ESP:RANG2:SWE:TIME 1MS"
'sets the sweep time in range 2 to 1 ms

This command controls the automatic coupling of the sweep duration on the frequency span and the
