This command copies the XML files from the D:\R_S.FW\\instr\sem_backup folder to the
D:\R_S\instr\sem_std folder. Files of the same name are overwritten.
This command is an event and therefore has no *RST value and no query.
The numeric suffix at SENSe<1|2> is irrelevant.
