there was Fast Retrain.
Performance Data : Count of failed fast retrain.

Performance Data:
Count of the failed full initialization attempts in current
15-minute/current 1-day/previous 1-day interval. A failed full
initialization is when showtime is not reached at the end of the full
initialization procedure.
