SUSPENSION AND AXLE –
4. (Ex. 3VZ–E w/ATM )
INSPECT TRANSFER INDICATOR SWITCH
(a) Check that there is continuity between terminals
when the switch is pushed (transfer 4WD position).
(b) Check that there is no continuity between terminals
when the switch is free position (transfer H 2 posi–
tion).
5. (3VZ–E w/ATM)
INSPECT TRANSFER POSITION SWITCH
Check that there is continuity between each terminal.

INSPECT TRANSFER PRESSURE SWITCH
While blowing compressed air (3.0 kg/cm
kPa) into the switch, check the continuity between the
terminal and switch body.
Resistance: 0 Ω
