INSPECTION OF POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT
Turn ignition switch on
Is ENGINE fuse
normal?
MAIN RELAY
INSPECT GROUND CONNECTION
Disconnect connector from main relay.
Is there continuity between terminal 3 of
main relay and ground?
INSPECT POWER SOURCE
Is there battery positive voltage between ter–
minal 2 of main relay and ground with ignition
switch turned on?
INSPECT MAIN RELAY OPERATION
Is main relay operation normal?

Is there continuity between terminal 6 on
wire harness side connector and ground?
Is there continuity between terminal 1 on
wire harness side connector and ground?

• Inspect main relay.

Main relay faulty.
Replace main relay. Then recheck system.
