Null Interface

This window is used to view and configure the NULL interface settings.
To view the following window, click L3 Features > Interface > Null Interface, as shown below:

Click the Edit button to modify the description for the NULL interface.

Description
Select to enable or disable the loopback interface here.
Enter the description for the loopback interface here. This string can be
up to 64 characters long.
Enter the IPv4 address associated with this loopback interface here.
Enter the IPv4 subnet mask associated with this loopback interface
here.
Enter the IPv6 address associated with this loopback interface here.
Select this option to specify that the IPv6 address entered is the link-
local IPv6 address.
