Click the Apply button to accept the changes made.
Click the Delete button to delete the specified entry.
Enter a page number and click the Go button to navigate to a specific page when multiple pages exist.
The fields that can be configured in IGMP SSM Mapping Table are described below:

Click the Find button to locate a specific entry based on the information entered.
After clicking the Select button, the following page will appear.

Description
Select to enable or disable the SSM mapping feature for IGMPv1 or
IGMPv2 hosts.
Description
Enter the source address to be associated with the group defined in
the access list here.
Enter the standard IP access list's name here that contains the
multicast groups to be mapped. To permit a group, specify "any" in
source address field and specify the group address in destination
address field of the access list entry.
Alternatively, click the Select button to find and select any of the
exiting access lists configured on this switch to be used in this
configuration.
Description
Enter the IGMP multicast group address here.
