OSPFv3 Commands

Open Shortest Path First version 3 (OSPFv3) for IPv6 is supported on the C-Series, E-Series, Z-Series, and S4810
platforms.
NOTE: The C-Series supports OSPFv3 with FTOS version 7.8.1.0 and later.
The fundamental mechanisms of OSPF (flooding, DR election, area support, SPF calculations, etc.) remain unchanged.
However, OSPFv3 runs on a per-link basis instead of on a per-IP-subnet basis. Most changes were necessary to handle
the increased address size of IPv6.
The Dell Force 10 implementation of OSPFv3 is based on IETF RFC 2740. The following commands allow you to configure
and enable OSPFv3.
