Description
Situation 2: When the braking force detection
terminal enabling signal is valid (terminal
function 85 is selected), the VFD keeps the
brake closed and enters the brake timing.
The detection logic is as follows:
The VFD runs with P92.08 at P92.09 and
detects the encoder pulse count. If the detected
encoder pulse count exceeds P92.11 within
P92.10, it is considered that braking force is
insufficient and slip risk may exist. Then the
multifunction output terminal outputs brake
failure signal and the brake slip fault and
outputs the brake failure fault (bE).
