WHEEL CYLINDER
1. Remove the upper return spring and wheel cylinder.

2. Disassemble the wheel cylinder.
• Remove and dispose the dust boot.
• Remove the piston.
• Remove and dispose the piston cup.
• Remove the spring assembly.
• Unscrew the bleed screw.
3. Clean all the components with isopropyl alcohol and dry
them with compressed air.

4. Reassemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
5. Install the bleed screw and wheel cylinder.

Notice
Apply a small amount of brake fluid to piston, piston
cup and inside of wheel cylinder.

Bleed screw 7 ~ 10 Nm
8 ~ 12 Nm
