Authorization Code — COR Mapping
You use this screen to assign authorization codes and the class of restriction (COR) that is associated with
a given authorization code. See
for more information on how Authorization Codes work with COR.
To maximize the security of your system:
•
Administer authorization codes to the maximum length allowed by the system
•
Create random (nonconsecutive) authorization codes
•
Change authorization codes at least quarterly
•
Deactivate authorization codes immediately if a user leaves the company or changes assignments
•
Assign each authorization code the minimum level of calling permissions required
