Start suppressing display of the digits being outpulsed
Wait indefinitely for dial tone. Use this only if network response
time is more than 30 seconds. Not available for S8300 Media

Usage
Enter a group number when completing a paper screen.
Usage
If y is entered, the calling phone's class of restriction (COR) is
never checked and any number in the group list will be dialed.
If n is entered, the calling phone's COR is checked to determine if
the number can be dialed.
