• FLASH mode (Accessing to SAA0, SAA5, SAB0, and SAB5 is disabled.) (MB91F356B)
ROM 1 and ROM 2 are switched using the A18 pin.
512K bytes/256K bytes flash memory.
Switch between the 256K bytes/128K bytes flash memories by connecting a switch to the A18 pin instead
of using A18 from the ROM writer.
