[5] Dummy Location
When network routes branched off in multiple directions, it is available to combine these routes into one
by assigning Dummy Location as a branch point. Also, when multiple Locations exist in a single network,
these Locations can be combined into one by allocating a Dummy Location between the network and an-
other one.
