When using RS-232C cable via MODEMs
If the distance between Telephony Server and the SMDR terminal exceeds 15 meters (49 feet), then connect
Telephony Server and the terminal using modems.

Prepare the PC.
Prepare the modems.
Connect the cables

Use the following cables to connect Telephony Server and the SMDR terminal through modems.
The customer should provide the RS-232C cable.
