In stall the m otor clamp and in stall the screw .

m otor sligh tly in its mount o r by changing the wheel
location on the m otor shaft.

V a lv e —Install

the inlet and outlet lines using new "O "
rings coated with clean re frig e ra tio n o il.

Install the co re outlet line co ver,
making sure that the foam rubber strip is c o r re c tly
installed.

C o re —Add 3 oz. of clean re frig e ra tio n
o il to the new core and connect the inlet and outlet
lin es using new "O " rings coated with clean r e f r ig e r ­
ation o il.
Install the upper case half to the co re and
install the case to core
outlet line and expansion valve clam ps.
expansion valve ca p illa ry bulb clam ps making sure
that the bulb makes good contact with the co re outlet
line.
Install the core outlet line co ver, making sure
that the foam rubber seal is positioned c o rre c tly .
